Awaken Your Soul Travels, LLC acts solely as a booking intermediary between guests and travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators. We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Traveler Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all identification and travel requirements, including government-issued photo ID, passport validity (if applicable), and compliance with local regulations at their destination.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection or trip insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances.

5. With or Without Flights Option

Guests may choose to book their experience with or without flights. Those selecting the “without flights” option are responsible for their own transportation to and from the destination and any related travel delays or disruptions.

The High Vibes Series is curated exclusively for adults ages 21 and over. All guests must comply with local and state cannabis laws in each destination. Awaken Your Soul Travels, LLC does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the purchase of cannabis or cannabis-related products.

Any consumption of cannabis is the sole responsibility of the traveler and must occur only in locations where it is legal and permitted by law. Guests are responsible for understanding possession limits and transport restrictions; interstate transport of cannabis is prohibited.

Participation in cannabis-related activities is entirely optional. Non-consumption travelers are welcome to join and will have alternate itinerary options when available.
