We will schedule your tours and/or excursions, as well as, make your dinner reservations, to ensure that you have time to do everything you desire during your travel! All travel experiences and vacations, booked by us, include reservation management. This consists of our representative managing changes in reservations and informing the primary traveler of the changes.
Additionally, for travel services booked through Awaken Your Soul Travels, LLC, we will provide support with your airline, hotel/resort or tour operators, at any time, as needed.

All travel experiences and vacations, booked by us, include a personalized itinerary which is available in .pdf format and provided by email.
An electronic itinerary may available via mobile app for an additional fee. It can be available offline, should your destination not have service, have poor service or if you do not plan to use your service provider while traveling.

Life happens, things change and plans sometimes change. We understand this and we provide change and cancellation services so that you don't have to deal with it. For travel experiences booked by us, we contact all suppliers to handle cancellations and changes so that you don't have to!

2023 Service Fees
Professional Service Fees
Detailed research to provide proposed travel experiences, based on your desired specifications. These fees are non-refundable, as they serve as compensation for services rendered as agreed upon.
Standard Retainer
from $100.00
Retains our services for a customized travel proposal for up to 5 travelers (or 1 family/2 parents and their children).
Includes:
- 2 accommodations options in initial travel proposal
- 1 adjustment for up to 1 additional option
- Final proposal valid for up to 14 days
- Reservation Management
Small Group Retainer
from $200.00
Retains our services for a customized travel proposal for 6 to 14 travelers.
Includes:
- 2 accommodations options in initial travel proposal
- 2 adjustment for up to 2 additional options
- Final proposal valid for up to 21 days
- Reservation Management
- Personalized Itinerary via PDF and mobile app
- 1 Pre-travel group Zoom*

Mid-Size Group Retainer

Retains our services for a customized travel proposal for 15 to 39 travelers.
Includes:

Site-Scouting Retainer
from $7,500.00
Retains the travel services for 1 agency representative to conduct a first-hand travel experience for up to 2 resorts, in 1 destination.
Includes:
- 3 accommodations options in initial travel proposal
- up to 5 adjustments for up to 3 additional options
-1 agency representative to travel the clients' routes and evaluate their experience.
- 1 detailed evaluation upon completion of travel.
*Retainer amount is assessed by destination, with minimum fee required at request for proposal.
Add-On: Short-Notice Retainer
from $100.00
Retains our services for travel within 30 days of departure.
This fee is assessed in addition to the retainer fee.
Hotel Room Block & Management
From $100.00
Includes 3 hotel package options, obtaining room block and managing reservations through first day of check-in. We will provide periodic updates to the group's point of contact, as agreed upon. Fees vary based on number of rooms in the block. A minimum of 10 rooms required.
*Complimentary consultation required to determine total number of rooms and final fee.

Life happens, things come up and we've learned that more since 2020!! We don't want you to miss this experience, but we REALLY don't want you to lose the money you've paid for the experience.
Travel insurance is one of those things that are better to have and not need it, than to need it and not have it!!

Booking Your Own Excursions
Vendor Pricing
Book your own excursions, for any destination. Whether you booked your travel with Awaken Your Soul Travels, LLC or not, you can always book your own excursions, at any time, including on the same day, while you're traveling (subject to availability). Click here to visit our partner site.
Destination Wedding Fees
Detailed, customized travel experiences for groups and weddings. These fees serve as compensation for services rendered as agreed upon.
Destination Wedding Design Fee
from $500.00
Includes Destination research & travel proposal with 3 location options on initial quotes and up to 2 additional location options after adjustments, location research, booking and guest management, custom destination wedding booking page, and one-on-one with bride & groom monthly.
On-Site Coordinator Retainer
from $2,500.00
Includes 1 agency representative on-site for the wedding to assist with any group travel-related concerns for those who booked with Awaken Your Soul Travels, LLC.
*Retainer amount is assessed by destination, with minimum fee required at request.
CHANGE & CANCELlATION FEES
These options can be added on to your services, as needed for your desired travel experience. These fees serve as compensation for services rendered as agreed upon.
Cancellation Fee
from $50
For cancellations other than those made by the supplier (airline, hotel/resort, tour operator, etc.)
This fee is assessed by Awaken Your Soul Travels, in addition to any fees or penalties that may be charged or imposed by the supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator).
Change Fees
From $50
Changes must be completed no more than 30* days prior to travel.
This fee is charged for each change. Changes include, but are not limited to:
- Name Changes
- Date Changes
- Airport changes
- Changes to accommodations
This fee is assessed by Awaken Your Soul Travels, in addition to any fees or penalties that may be charged or imposed by the supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator).

Mid-Travel Change Fee
from $100
Changing flights, hotels, tours and/or activities while you are traveling. This fee is charged for each change.
Please contact the "During Travel" 24/7 phone number provided with your travel documents first.
*After-hours assistance may be required
This fee is assessed by Awaken Your Soul Travels, in addition to any fees or penalties that may be charged or imposed by the supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator).
Destination Wedding Change Fee
from $250
Any changes to Destination Weddings after booking. Fee may vary based on the required change.
